Since officially launching Proposable 2.0 on September 1, 2014, we have received much positive feedback from both new and existing users. Today we wanted to talk about where we are and what is coming up.
We want to inform our current (V1) users that moving over to version two (Proposable 2.0) has many benefits. Though it is a manual process, it’s a simple copy and paste from one system to the other. If you need help or a walk-thru, feel free to email us or join us at an upcoming webinar on October 13, 2014 at 10:30am PST:

Here are a few items that we like to share:
Rearranging estimate line items:
We have now added a much requested feature where you can import a line item in bulk and rearrange them later on as desired. This is a nice feature that allows you to move around your line items and position accordingly.
Sample templates:
As in version 1 of Proposable, we created sample proposal templates of which are located in your Templates Library. You can quickly and easily copy them to your library by clicking on the “copy to my library” button. We have template for the following paragraph SCO sample proposal
- Web Design Proposal Template
- Graphic Design Proposal Template
- Business Proposal Template
- Social Media Proposal Template
- Wedding Planner Proposal Template
- Event planning proposal
- Software Development Proposal
- IT Consulting Proposal
- SEO Proposal Template
These proposals provide a framework structure for you to customize to your liking. Feel free to use them at your own leisure. As a reminder, we also offer a Custom Proposal Build service of which we will help to create and design your proposal based off of an existing proposal you have. This is a great way to instill not only practices, but it’s clean and professional design using the new proposal to point no look and feel.
Internationalization/Currency:
You asked for it and we delivered. You can now use any form of currency within your estimates. If you do business around the world, this will help you to show your proposal in whichever currency desired. Simply set this up in your settings and give it a whirl.
Integrations:
As we continue to build other features for the product, we are also simultaneously build integrations to other useful products. We are , of course, adding all of the previously integrated CRMs. So far we’ve added Highrise and CapsuleCRM. Others we’re planning on adding are the following:
- Salesforce
- ZOHO
- Zapier
- SugarCRM
- Nutshell
